One Edu Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to subscription-based access to the services offered by One Edu LLC (“One Edu,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the website available at https://oneedu.ai/ and our related online or offline offerings that link to, or are otherwise subject to, these Subscription Terms (collectively, the “Services”).
These Subscription Terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Notice. By starting a free trial, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise enrolling in a paid One Edu plan, you agree to these Subscription Terms.
SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
One Edu currently offers subscription-based access to the Services through the following plans:
Monthly Plan: $39 per month after a 7-day free trial.
Annual Plan: $396 per year after a 7-day free trial, equivalent to $33 per month.
The One Edu Family Plan includes access for up to 2 child profiles.
Only parents or legal guardians may purchase subscriptions, authorize payment methods, or consent to recurring charges. Children are not permitted to purchase subscriptions, enter payment information, authorize recurring charges, or modify billing settings.
FREE TRIAL
Each subscription begins with a 7-day free trial.
Unless you cancel before the end of your free trial, your selected payment method will be charged for the subscription plan you selected at checkout after the trial ends.
If you select the Monthly Plan, your selected payment method will be charged $39 per month after the 7-day free trial ends.
If you select the Annual Plan, your selected payment method will be charged $396 per year after the 7-day free trial ends, equivalent to $33 per month.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the free trial or before the next billing date.
If you select the Monthly Plan, your subscription will automatically renew each month until canceled.
If you select the Annual Plan, your subscription will automatically renew each year until canceled.
By starting a free trial or purchasing a subscription, you authorize One Edu and its third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees on a recurring basis until you cancel.
CHECKOUT DISCLOSURE
Before completing checkout, One Edu will disclose the material terms of your subscription, including the applicable plan, price, billing frequency, free trial period, automatic renewal terms, cancellation method, and links to our Terms of Service and Privacy Notice.
At checkout, you may be asked to affirmatively agree to the automatic renewal terms before starting your free trial or subscription.
Recommended checkout disclosure:
“By clicking ‘Start 7-Day Free Trial,’ you authorize One Edu to charge your selected payment method after your 7-day free trial ends unless you cancel before the trial ends. If you select the Monthly Plan, you will be charged $39 per month after the trial. If you select the Annual Plan, you will be charged $396 per year after the trial, equivalent to $33 per month. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the next billing date. You can cancel through your account settings or by contacting support@oneedu.ai. By starting your trial, you agree to One Edu’s Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Notice.”
Recommended consent checkbox:
“I agree that my selected subscription will automatically renew unless canceled, and I authorize One Edu to charge my selected payment method after my 7-day free trial ends and on a recurring basis until I cancel.”
PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. One Edu does not directly collect or store your full payment card information.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current billing information. If your payment method is declined, expires, or otherwise fails, we may attempt to process the payment again, request updated payment information, suspend access to paid features, or cancel your subscription.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us at support@oneedu.ai.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your then-current billing period unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, you will not be charged for the selected subscription plan.
If you cancel after your subscription has started, you may continue to access paid features until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again unless you reactivate or purchase another subscription.
Recommended cancellation confirmation language:
“Your subscription has been canceled. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again unless you reactivate your subscription.”
REFUNDS
Unless required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, subscription fees are non-refundable, and One Edu does not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
If you cancel, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
PRICE CHANGES
One Edu may change subscription prices, plan features, billing terms, or promotional offers from time to time.
If required by law, we will provide advance notice of material price changes and explain how you may cancel before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of the Services after a price change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing, subject to applicable law.
CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice by posting the updated Subscription Terms, sending an email, or providing another notice through the Services.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Subscription Terms become effective means you accept the updated Subscription Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Subscription Terms, you must stop using the Services and cancel your subscription.
ACCOUNT ACCESS AFTER CANCELLATION
If your subscription ends, expires, or is canceled, we may limit or remove access to paid features of the Services.
Certain account information, child profiles, progress history, artifacts, or other data may be retained or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable law.
